Kevin James (aka Kevin George Knipfling) is known popularly as an actor, comedian, screenwriter, and director. In recent years, Kevin James has been gossiping in the press about his weight loss achievements. Kevin James was also born on April 26, 1965, at Mineola, New York, U.S. and has been famous for his starring role of Doug Heffernan on The King of Queens. He has gone on to star in films such as Saturday Night Fever, C.R.E.D., Grease, Who’s That, and The Cable Guy.

Amongst all this fame, Kevin James has also established a personal fortune with his numerous weight loss ventures. At times, his ventures have seen him lose a staggering 23 pounds in a single day. However, as most are well aware, it takes much more than this to reach the dizzy heights of fame that are seen in the world of Kevin James. To put it simply, Kevin James has a very good grasp of how to make use of the media to achieve what many are not so adept at, which is making a good personal image as a weight loss success.

In an interview with InTouch Magazines, the normally reserved and calm Kevin James spoke about his struggles with weight gain and how he finally decided to take matters into his own hands and do something about it himself by creating a website that sold his own e-books and dietary products. Although the initial success rate of these products is abysmal, the Kevin James weight loss regime has been reportedly giving him a better sense of himself, which is something all serious actors should aim for. Even George Clooney and his wife rehearse jogging and walking daily to maintain their fit bodies and shed off those extra 40 pounds which they have always maintained are so important for their overall health.
